我們都知道福祿克DSX-5000的跳線適配器是非常昂貴的,同理福祿克DTX1800也是一樣的情況,為什么會有這種情況呢?小小的連接頭需要這么貴嗎?來我們以前來看看這篇文章。-來自《布線系統測試中遇到的三大疑問》

有些廠商推出了無適配器的綜合布線系統測試方案,原理是參照光纖綜合布線系統測試方法中設置參考值的做法。從理論上而言,的確有其獨到之處。

但如果我們從實際情況來考察的話,就會發現問題了。如果去看這些廠商的儀器說明書,他們會要求你使用好的跳線來進行參考值的設置。那么什么是好的跳線呢?是按照ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1和 IEC61935-2 for Patch Cord Testing.標準測試過的呢,還是你自己認為是好的跳線呢?而他們的銷售人員又在現場演示,使用受過損壞的跳線并不影響最終綜合布線系統測試的有效性。真的如此嗎?

首先,什么叫好的跳線?你去購買跳線,不管供應商是誰,生產商是誰,他們都會告訴你他們的跳線是好的,然而事實是ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A-4 超五類跳線標準是經過無數次修改、現場認證后才正式定案的,因為跳線的性能偏差非常大,不同廠商,不同批次生產的跳線在電氣性能上都有很大的差別,只有經過認證測試通過的跳線才能認為是“好”的跳線。而且無適配器綜合布線系統測試方案在做參考設置時,只使用一根跳線,正式綜合布線系統測試時需要兩根跳線。那么第二根跳線的性能對整個測試結果造成的影響,怎么來認證,怎么來保證呢?你會發現在現場演示的時候,廠商會針對第一根做過參考設置的跳線,而忽略第二根未被做參考設置的跳線。這根被隱形的跳線,就是一個漏洞。做儀器演示的時候,環境會比正式綜合布線系統測試的環境簡單,技術人員也喜歡用質量較好的鏈路,保證兩次綜合布線系統測試都是通過的結果。這樣被測試者,測試者和旁觀者都皆大歡喜。但現場的情況往往更復雜,許多鏈路并沒有很大的余量來抵消不良跳線造成的影響。如果由于這根被隱形的跳線造成測試結果不通過,應該由誰來買單呢?

出了問題就會造成圖中的推諉拉扯問題。當然是我們都不希望的。

再簡單舉一個參數為例:特性阻抗。跳線允許的特性阻抗偏差在5%以內,而鏈路允許的特性阻抗偏差在15%以內。假設跳線的特性阻抗為95歐姆,鏈路的特性阻抗為115歐姆,兩者本身都在標準允許的偏差范圍內,但兩者互相之間的阻抗偏差為20歐姆了,偏差達到20%,這樣造成的信號反射,能使測試結果理想嗎?由于跳線與鏈路之間特性阻抗不匹配造成的綜合布線系統測試不通過,應該由誰來買單呢?

另外,如果使用特殊的適配器,那么連接入鏈路的只有一個RJ45連接,如果使用無適配器綜合布線系統測試方案,鏈路中就會多一個額外的RJ45連接。眾所周知,RJ45連接對于電纜的結構是起到破壞作用的,RJ45水晶頭的性能尤其不穩定,由于6類要求更加嚴格,市場上基本上買不到可以用于用戶自行制造跳線的水晶頭。如果使用無適配器測試方案,那么在兩個水晶頭之間由于NEXT, RL,FEXT等干擾信號反復疊加造成的影響,該如果對待呢?這可不是一個簡單的設置參考就能解決的問題。跳線水晶頭和儀器接口之間的耦合與正式要綜合布線系統測試的鏈路模塊之間的耦合,可以是完全不同的。這樣綜合布線系統測試,如果不通過,該由誰來買單呢?

聽上去又簡單又便宜的解決方案,在現實世界可就沒有看上去那么美了。使用性能完全不能確定的跳線,對綜合布線系統測試現場的情況完全無法認證的測試方案,在現在業主對項目質量越來越關注的情況下,簡直猶如盲人瞎馬,夜臨深池,是非常危險的。
